Meredith Milton, MS, is a Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. With a Master’s degree in nutrition, she helps savvy professionals transform their health and lives so they can thrive as the best versions of themselves. A mindful eating expert who has published research on mindfulness and eating behaviors, she also helps her clients optimize their digestion, work with food sensitivies, balance hormones, manage autoimmune conditions, manage weight and find more energy and confidence. In addition to working with people one-one-one, she faciliates Mindful Eating & Living groups a few times a year.
Programs are bundled into packages ranging from 4-12 sessions, based on where I have seen the best results. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, with the exception of the first session, which is 60-minutes.
